The customer service at this resort cannot be matched. Even before I entered the resort, in my planning stages, the staff has gone out of their way to help reserve tours and restaurants for me. They go above and beyond. As far as the hotel grounds, it’s beautiful! We found it quiet and so relaxing. The pool is beautiful, and huge. The breakfast was also great. Thank you to the staff (Rosa especially who helped us significantly).

Great place, master suite with pool was very nice, we liked the option of seaside vs. Poolside relaxation. Be aware as an American, service is okay at the pool, I cleared my own table and my wife and I went to the small shop and she was not available or there 4 times, which is fine, so five star I can't give it. That said prices were reasonable for everything and all other staff were excellent. There was a nice young lady at the pool bar who took care of us the last day
